Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan

Very solid meat and potatoes stuff. Makes an earnest effort to sit with the moral ambiguities of depicting Muslim terrorists, some of which land. Has loads of subtle moments and competently assembled storytelling. Krasinski is good at conveying intelligence and competence and seems like he made the big acting choice to mostly just keep his face absolutely expressionless as often as possible. He’s sort of a blank. But Pierce is actively very good.
