“The Ensigns of Command” has an excellent moment, when Picard relishes hanging up on the Sheliaks, dusting his plaque while he makes them wait to take their call back.

The Defector is a banger of a thriller. “I did it for nothing. My home, my family, for nothing.” And I love Stewart’s little cameo in his own show.

Sarek is excellent.
