Squid Game

Second watch. This is actually iconic stuff. Sets and costumes above all. But also archetypes. And set pieces.

This is Willy Wonka and Gi-hun is Charlie. That wasn’t obvious before but it is now.

The main weakness is the sequence with the VIPs which is just sort of queasy and false. Which does work. But maybe they could have cast better actors.
