So dark. The roller skating monologue in particular. Admirably unflinching. Escola is great as a Psycho-esque villain. Some truly surprising and welcome guest appearances toward the end of that storyline. If this show is deep then I don’t really get it. I had to take a few months break in the middle of this season because it was so tense. Not quite as funny as I remember from the beginning. Hagner and Early are always good even if they’re not as central this time around.
