Engaging but frustrating. It’s obvious that they’ll get together in the end, but they really really make you wait for it, which is fine. But the moments when they almost but don’t quite kiss are just bad. They do great at stealing glances across the room and bickering but the physical chemistry isn’t really there. Eloise is fun. Penelope is kind of whatever. Best of luck to her.
